·       Products purchased from our platforms (Website, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook) are Non-returnable/Refundable. No refund will be provided once the ordered is placed in any circumstances

·       In case of any replacement authorised by our customer executives, Items must typically be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

·       Contact customer service as soon as possible if you receive a damaged/Missing item and provide them with a Unboxing Video

·       In case of COD, if customer don’t accept the parcel at the time of delivery, partial amount paid by customer is non-refundable/Exchange will be entertained

·       DELAY IN TRANSIT: If there is any delay in delivery of the parcel, Company (Partyzz Trader) is not responsible for it and no refund or compensation will be provided as Courier is third party company and we don’t have control over it, although we can help in escalated it and get is deliver asap

 

·       INCASE OF THE PARCEL LOST OR MISPLACED: If parcel gets lost or misplaced in transit, Customer need to wait for 45-60 days for refund (As per Courier Policies) or once the status changed to lost, they can reorder the items again

 

·       NOTE (AFTER RECEIVING THE PARCEL): Once the parcel is received by the customer, Kindly Make the Unboxing Video of the parcel right from opening the packaging without any edit/cut, the unboxing should be proper and label of the parcel should be clearly visible in the video
